How to Submit a Ticket

Our support staff is available during normal business hours and more than happy to assist you.  In order to request help, you need to submit a support ticket.  If you have never submitted a ticket to us before, follow these steps (links will open in new windows/tabs so you can easily refer back)...

1. Click here to register for an account.  This account is strictly for our support section and has nothing to do with your members area username/password.

2. Check your email and click the link inside to confirm your account.

3. Click here to login (if you haven't already).

4. Click here to submit a ticket.

If you submit a ticket during normal business hours, you will usually receive a reply within 10-15 minutes.  If you submit a ticket outside of our normal business hours, you'll receive a response within 24 hours (usually much sooner).
