copy and paste your password and/or username into the entrance page to avoid mistakes
be sure NOT to select any blank spaces before or after your username or password when copy and pasting
if you are typing your login into the entrance page, please note usernames and passwords are cAsE sEnSiTiVe - you must type the login EXACTLY as you see it or it will not work

Confirm you typed your email address correctly into the ticket. If you spell it wrong, you won't receive our response.
Check your spam filter! We sometimes receive multiple tickets regarding the same issues from frustrated customers. They believe we are not replying to their tickets. Meanwhile our ticket responses are being trapped by their spam filters.
Nothing in your spam filter? Try emailing yourself. If you don't receive the email, there's something wrong with your address and you won't receive our replies.
Submit a new ticket and WRITE DOWN YOUR TICKET NUMBER. This # will be provided after you submit your ticket. If all else fails and you cannot receive our emails, simply return to this page and plug-in your ticket number below to check for our response. Be sure to give us a new email address so we can communicate with you.

» What will this charge show up as on my credit card bill?
Your membership will be discreetly billed by "Paycom.net" or "365Billing.com . There will be no mention of Xisty or adult content. Not seeing the charge on your credit card bill yet? Please note that transactions involving non-US issued credit cards may not show up for at least a few days. This is normal and nothing to be concerned with. » I'm waiting for a response from support; where are you?
Our support team will ALWAYS reply to your ticket within 24 hours; usually within 5-20 minutes during business hours. If it has been more than 24 hours since you have submitted your ticket, please be sure to check that your SPAM filter has not trapped our replies. If not, please submit another support ticket above and write down your ticket number. Return to this page to plug-in your ticket number above and check for our response.
» What is your REFUND policy?
Our subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe you deserve a refund for any reason, feel free to submit a support ticket above.
» How do I know if my membership was actually cancelled?
When you use our automated cancel page, the system will send a confirmation to the e-mail address that you provided when you joined.
» How can I change my username, credit card number, etc?
